Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

Molecular Materials Meeting (M3) @ Singapore: An International Meeting to Commemorate IYC 2011

This meeting is hosted by IMRE in partnership with the universities, other research institutes (RIs) and SNIC to commemorate the International Year of Chemistry 2011. It is a "boutique" conference aiming to attract star scientists and engineers to chart some big idea at the intersections among materials, chemistry and others.

As part of the IYC-2011 initiative, the American Chemical Society has sponsored a website to promote chemistry to the general public and assist interested users in finding and sponsoring outreach activities in 2011. This website is a single-source portal containing the ACS' contribution to this truly global celebration.
