In this section, your ideas for IYC2011 can start to become reality. Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

Cultural IYC2011 Event: Sinhala and Tamil New Year Celebration N.M. Sanjaya Hettigedara | added on Feb 23, 2011 | Sri Lanka This cultural celebration will be held at the Folk Art Centre (Janakala Kendraya) at Pelawatte, Battaramulla, on 3rd April 2011 from 9:00am to 8:00pm. The entire programme will be especially focused on the cultural values and harmony among communities. Demonstration of chemistry of traditional foods is one of the activities.
