In this section, your ideas for IYC2011 can start to become reality. Here, you can submit activities for consideration and, after a short review, they will be listed below and any related events will populate the IYC calendar. Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

"Petru Poni" Chemistry Competition Tamara Slatineanu | added on Mar 09, 2011 | Romania The secondary and high school students are invited to submit and participate for a local chemistry competition which will take place on 19th March 2011 at "Gh.Asachi" Technical College from Iasi, Romania.This year the traditional contest will be held under the IYC logo promoting the related goals.

Viaggio nella Storia della Scienza: la Chimica Valentina Domenici | added on Mar 07, 2011 | Italy Conferences about Chemistry: “History of Chemistry and its Future role in the Society”. These conferences are open to everybody and they are organized in order to have a large partecipation of young people and students. This initiative is in the contest of a one-year activities by the Museo di Storia Naturale di Rosignano.
