Activities listed here have a clearly defined theme and describe how, when, and where they will take place.

Chemicals enhance our lives - awareness initiative Dianna Guise   |   added on Oct 01, 2010    |    United States Original informational posters about chemicals that are of concern in our environment will be posted around our school. T-shirts with the IYC logo will be available. We have decorated the light shades in our school with ball and stick diagrams of molecules using gel paper and tape.

The American Chemical Society's IYC 2011 website Liezl Perez   |   added on Sep 20, 2010    |    United States As part of the IYC-2011 initiative, the American Chemical Society has sponsored a website to promote chemistry to the general public and assist interested users in finding and sponsoring outreach activities in 2011. This website is a single-source portal containing the ACS' contribution to this truly global celebration.
