This freely available educational resource is aimed at teachers and students. It is Syngenta’s first online contribution to the International Year of Chemistry.

The interactive periodic table is an exciting new educational resource and is Syngenta’s first contribution to the International Year of Chemistry. It is aimed at GCSE and A-Level students and their teachers. The resource is the latest addition to Syngenta's online interactive Learning Zone:


The resource has been designed to encourage young people to appreciate the role chemistry plays in their everyday life. Students will find striking and informative images and diagrams. A ‘virtual lab’, the ‘Reaction Zone’, lets students test different elements and watch the results in pre-recorded videos, along with explanations and equations.
