The 5th Palestinian International Conference (PICC 2011) is organized by the Chemistry Department at An-Najah National University, Nablus Palestine in celebration of IYC 2011. The conference will bring together academics, industrial and educators communities to present their latest accomplishments in all fields of chemistry with the focus on various issues that play significant role on building a brighter future for industries in Palestine.
Speakers from all sectors of industry in Palestine will be invited to emphasis their companies future prospective of technology advancement in Palestine. Opportunity will also be given to junior scientists and graduate students to present their work and exchange ideas with eminent figures in chemistry and related filed.
The conference will span different areas of chemistry, focusing on research and development in areas of chemistry that are related to the industry. Particular emphasis will be put on technologies of commercial value: specialty chemical, pharmaceuticals, polymers and precursors of industrial materials.
